    Chief Financial Officer

CFO will act as the external face of the business and projects, thus requires strong and reputable banking and legal relationships across the market, acting as the catalyst to ensure sufficient structured finance agreements and legal frameworks. This role will also combine extensive feasibility and investment appraisal work and the requirement to build team within these functions. Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations.   3. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
  4. Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.
  5. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
  6. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
  7. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
  8. Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
  9. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
  10. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
  11. Assist in obtaining the necessary licenses and insurance required to start a business.

  4. Evaluate overall operations of computing and information technology functions and recommend enhancements.
  5. Advise senior management on strategic systems conversions and integrations in support of business goals and objectives.
  6.  Prepare enterprise objectives and budgets to facilitate the orderly and efficient capture, storage, processing, and dissemination of information.
  7. Interact with company managers on internal and external operations that are impacted by the capture, storage, processing and dissemination of information.
  8. Review and approve major contracts for computing and information technology services and equipment.
